Summary: The Senior Quality Assurance Lead - Salesforce is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving automation, quality strategy, and testing excellence within Salesforce and related applications. This position involves shaping QA delivery, engineering standards, and automation frameworks over a 12-month contract. The role requires leading end-to-end QA processes and mentoring QA engineers. The position is hybrid and falls inside IR35 regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end QA across functional, integration, regression & UAT cycles
  • Define test strategies, quality metrics & governance
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks (Python, Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, C#)
  • Integrate automation into CI/CD (GitHub)
  • Champion QA best practices, responsible AI usage & coding standards
  • Mentor QA engineers and uplift team capability
  • Perform hands-on Salesforce testing (Lightning, APIs, integrations, workflows, permissions)

Templeton & Partners are urgently hiring a Senior QA Lead to drive automation, quality strategy, and testing excellence across Salesforce and wider application landscapes. This is a hands-on leadership role shaping QA delivery, engineering standards, and automation frameworks.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end QA across functional, integration, regression & UAT cycles

  • Define test strategies, quality metrics & governance
