Summary: The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst role in London requires expertise in Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) and experience in Monitoring and alerting Testing, preferably with Azure Monitor. Candidates should also have basic knowledge of Incident management Testing on ServiceNow and strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with Workstream owners. Familiarity with non-functional requirements (NFR) categories is desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT).
- Perform Monitoring and alerting Testing, preferably using Azure Monitor.
- Engage in Incident management Testing on ServiceNow.
- Collaborate and communicate with various Workstream owners.
- Possibly address non-functional requirements (NFR) categories such as Availability, Maintainability, Serviceability, Security, and IT Controls.
