Summary: A Consultancy is seeking a Senior QAT Analyst to provide technical leadership and ensure high-quality software delivery for a Government organization. The role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance automated testing solutions and improve testing practices throughout the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and promote Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) across multiple teams.
- Design, develop, and improve automated testing solutions.
- Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to solve technical challenges.
- Embed quality, usability, accessibility, security, stability, and performance into our products.
- Champion risk-based, agile testing approaches.
- Support and improve CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable, high-quality releases.
- Track testing progress, risks, and defects, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing tools, processes, and strategies.
- Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing knowledge and supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
