Summary: The Senior QA role in London focuses on Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) with a strong emphasis on monitoring and alerting testing, particularly using Azure Monitor. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) with a focus on monitoring and alerting testing.
- Utilize Azure Monitor for testing purposes.
- Perform incident management testing on ServiceNow.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with various workstream owners.
- Possibly engage with non-functional requirements (NFR) categories such as availability, maintainability, serviceability, security, and IT controls.
Key Skills:

It is desirable to have knowledge on the following NFR categories as well but not mandatory: Availability, Maintainability, Serviceability, Security, IT Controls. Most importantly, the interpersonal skill of the candidate needs to be strong as the role requires communicating and collaborating with various Workstream owners as a part of OAT
