Summary: I am currently working with a Tier 1 Investment Bank seeking a Senior Python Developer for a long-term contract on a critical risk-oriented project. The role requires extensive experience in Python development within financial services and strong knowledge of market and credit risk. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement based in London with competitive pay. Candidates must have a solid understanding of cloud technologies and asset classes, particularly derivatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Python solutions for risk-oriented projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Utilize cloud and DevOps technologies in development processes.
- Work with various frameworks and ensure code quality and performance.
- Engage with market and credit risk data and analytics.
Key Skills:
- Extensive hands-on Python Development experience within financial services/investment banking.
