Summary: The Senior Project/Programme Manager – Finance Transformation will lead the management and optimization of finance systems, focusing on FP&A and consolidation tools. This role requires collaboration with finance and IT teams to enhance financial reporting and implement system improvements. The position is contract-based for an initial duration of six months and offers a hybrid working arrangement. The role is classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance system implementations and enhancements.
• Partner with finance and IT teams to optimize workflows and data accuracy.
• Ensure seamless integration between FP&A tools, ERP, and consolidation platforms.
• Manage financial consolidation, planning, and reporting projects.
• Develop project plans and ensure timely execution.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Train finance teams on system functionalities.
• Stay updated on finance technology trends.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Information Systems (MBA or CPA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in finance systems management.
• Experience with finance tools like SAP, Oracle, Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, or Hyperion.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with automation, BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
