Randstad are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to oversee various Wastewater Treatment Projects across North London. This is a freelance role with approximately 18-24 months duration. Our client is a reputable main contractor highly regarded within the water industry with significant work in the pipeline.

The role:

As a key leader within our Delivery team, you'll report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with our Contracts Manager for Water. You'll be responsible for the overall success of the Water/Wastewater Portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Project Leadership: You'll lead a team of Project Managers and Project Engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to both experienced professionals and early-career graduates and apprentices.

Strategic Management: You'll ensure all projects align with company strategy, setting clear objectives, developing comprehensive plans, and managing resources effectively.

Project Execution: You'll oversee the implementation, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
