Our Client, a London markets insurer are hiring a Senior Project Manager/Transformation Lead to take end to end ownership of a Global finance Transformation Programme (MNP profit centre workstream).
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver a high-profile global Finance Transformation programme.
Own programme execution, planning and critical milestones.
Influence senior stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Drive governance, reporting and executive decision-making.
Ensure seamless implementation, change adoption and business readiness.
Required Experience:
Must have proven experience within specialty insurance lines.
Must have knowledge of finance systems, general ledger processes, and financial reporting within complex organisational environments.
Proven experience leading complex transformation, programme or change initiatives.
Strong track record delivering across Finance, Operations, Technology and Data functions.
Experience managing senior stakeholders within complex, multi-region environments.
Strong governance, reporting, planning and risk management capabilities.
