Summary: The Senior Project Manager - SC Cleared role is focused on overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of high-profile technical programmes within the Defence sector. The position requires extensive experience in managing complex projects with significant budgets and navigating stakeholder environments. The role is hybrid, based in the Bristol/Bath area, and involves working on strategically important initiatives for government and global public-sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience leading complex, technical Defence programmes, demonstrating consistent success in delivering high-value projects.
- Strong capability in managing multi-disciplinary teams and navigating demanding stakeholder environments.
- Significant experience within the Defence sector or similarly advanced technical industries (Aerospace/Maritime).
- Must be able to quickly grasp, interpret, and communicate complex technical concepts, including systems integration, AI/Data Science, and UAS technologies.
- Proficiency in budget ownership, financial forecasting, resource planning, and contract awareness, ensuring programmes remain on track both financially and operationally.
Key Skills:
- Experience in leading complex Defence programmes.
