Senior Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors

Your new company

You will be working for a reputable, high profile public sector organisation based in Leeds - supporting them on a really important SAP project that they are in the middle of currently.

This organisation is one of the best in it's specific domain and have been embarking on a large, complex SAP S/4 Hana programme which they need specialist support with on the SuccessFactors side.

This contract will be to work on a hybrid basis (Every Wednesday and Thursday you will be required to be on site in Leeds).

This is a 6 month contract with potential extensions.

Your new role

You will be working as a Senior Project Manager supporting on the implementation of SuccessFactors as part of a larger SAP programme - this part of the programme is currently running behind and needs someone very experienced to help them meet the deadlines as this part of the programme is falling behind.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be an experienced Senior Project Manager that has worked on successful, yet complex SuccessFactors implementations as part of a wider SAP S/4 HANA implementation.

You will have outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement expertise and will have had experience of being 'parachuted' into programmes that are behind where they should be.

You will work closely with the client side HR PM and also the SI's HR PM to drive them both to progress and start meeting deadlines so that UAT can commence and the workstream catch up so it doesn't delay the wider programme.

You will lead with drive and passion to uncover blockers, challenge assumptions and be comfortable at being hands on to
