About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major transformation programme. This is a great opportunity to be part of a major transformation programme. This is a role that requires candidate to have worked on major Salesforce Field Service projects, on over 2000+ users. This role goes far beyond a standard system reimplementation. It is also ensuring adoption across a distributed workforce , and enabling teams to work effectively with new technology and hardware .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of Salesforce Field Service Project.
  • Manage distributed field service teams and ensure seamless adoption of new tools.
  • Oversee delivery timelines, stakeholder engagement, and successful rollout across the business.
  • Work closely with Salesforce field service engineers and technical teams to ensure quality implementation.
