Senior Project Manager - Remediation

As with many developments of its era, post-Grenfell scrutiny has surfaced external cladding, balcony and internal compartmentation issues that now require a structured, expertly managed remediation programme, delivered while the buildings remain fully occupied. This is not a routine project management brief. It sits at the intersection of fire safety, construction delivery and stakeholder management, on a scheme that regulators, investors and the industry are watching closely. The successful candidate will be trusted to represent the organisation directly with third party surveyors, designers and contractors, and will build a track record in complex, high-rise remediation that few project managers in the market can claim. What you'll be doing Working with internal stakeholders to procure surveys, inspections and small scope internal remediation and fit-out works from third party providers. Monitoring, coordinating and contributing to the design and construction of remediation works delivered by third party providers. Providing ad-hoc construction, procurement and development expertise and advice to colleagues across the business. Managing the inception, design, procurement and delivery of fit-out, public realm and small works projects across the wider portfolio.

What you'll bring A minimum of five years PQE in project management, ideally with experience representing both client and stakeholder interests. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to collaborate or lead as the situation demands. The ability to manage multiple projects and project streams concurrently. Commercial acumen, with genuine budget and financial management capability. A solid understanding of procurement processes and contractual obligations. The ability to influence and secure buy-in from a wide range of stakeholders. This is a full-time fixed-term contract based in London.
