Detailed Description From Employer:

12 month Fixed Term Contract A rare opportunity to work on one of the UK's most high-profile and closely watched residential remediation programmes. The scheme in question is one of the largest and best known residential-led neighbourhoods in the country, home to hundreds of residents across multiple buildings. As with many developments of its era, post-Grenfell scrutiny has surfaced external cladding, balcony and internal compartmentation issues that now require a structured, expertly managed remediation programme, delivered while the buildings remain fully occupied. This is not a routine project management brief. It sits at the intersection of fire safety, construction delivery and stakeholder management, on a scheme that regulators, investors and the industry are watching closely. The successful candidate will be trusted to represent the organisation directly with third party surveyors, designers and contractors, and will build a track record in complex, high-rise remediation that few project managers in the market can claim. For anyone looking to specialise in building safety and fire remediation, a scheme of this scale and profile is about as strong a credential as the sector offers.
