Summary: The Senior Project Manager (Construction Procurement) at the Northern Ireland Housing Executive will oversee construction procurement exercises, ensuring compliance with public procurement policies and effective delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of construction procurement exercises in collaboration with the Corporate Procurement Unit.
• Develop work programmes for tendering and ensure compliance with procurement strategy and legislation.
• Draft and review tender and contract documentation in line with public procurement policy.
• Establish procurement requirements with clients and external consultants, providing technical input.
• Prepare and analyze costings for tender evaluations in collaboration with the Cost Management team.

Key Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Building/Construction, Procurement, or Business.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Building/Construction.
• Experience in developing and preparing construction contract documentation.
• Proficiency in managing NEC contracts and delivering procurement exercises.
• Ability to review technical documents and provide critical feedback.
• Experience in mentoring colleagues on NEC contract matters.
