Summary: We are looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to lead complex healthcare programme deliveries. This role requires a hands-on approach to manage the full lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful execution and stakeholder engagement. Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in delivering healthcare systems with high-quality outcomes. The position is hybrid, requiring onsite presence for key activities and is classified as outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle delivery from initiation to handover, leading workstream leads and SMEs.
- Manage major vendors and report directly to Programme Boards.
- Deliver complex healthcare systems into live environments with quality outcomes.
- Engage with clinical leadership, operational, and technical stakeholders up to Board level.
- Lead and direct workstream leads, junior PMs, and supplier delivery teams.

We are seeking outstanding Senior Project Managers to own complex, high-stakes delivery within healthcare programmes.
This is a senior hands-on delivery role for those who consistently operate at the very highest level. You will own full lifecycle delivery from initiation and shaping through execution, go-live and handover - leading workstream leads and SMEs, managing major vendors, and reporting directly to Programme Boards.
Must have the following:
- Proven senior-level delivery results within healthcare - - evidenced go-lives, not just healthcare on your CV
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills across clinical leadership, operational and technical stakeholders up to Board level
- Expert project shaping, definition, and diligent detailed planning with strong financial controls
- Experience leading and directing others - workstream leads, junior PMs, and supplier delivery teams - holding all to account
- A relentlessly proactive delivery leadership style with pace, quality and clinical safety awareness throughout
Th is is for robust senior delivery leaders only. You must demonstrate repeatedly delivering complex healthcare systems into live with quality outcomes and superb client feedback.
Outside IR35 role. Hybrid working with onsite presence required for stakeholder engagement, key workshops and go-live activities.
