Summary: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee Finance workstreams in a 6-month M&A integration programme. The role involves leading finance integration projects post-acquisition, ensuring alignment across various systems and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant M&A integration experience and strong stakeholder management skills, with a preference for those familiar with SAP Finance programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Finance integration projects as part of a broader M&A programme
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
- Coordinate finance integration activities across areas such as:
- Financial reporting
- GL, AP/AR, P2P, O2C
- Controls, governance, and compliance
- Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related integration activities
- Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality, escalating risks and issues as required
- Support data migration, system alignment, and process harmonisation initiatives
- Work closely with SAP Finance teams where applicable to ensure successful integration
- Provide clear, concise reporting to programme leadership and steering committees

The role will focus on planning and delivering finance integration projects post-acquisition, ensuring alignment across systems, processes, and stakeholders.
This role requires a confident, delivery-focused PM with proven M&A integration experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and ideally hands-on exposure to SAP Finance programmes.
