Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver Finance integration projects as part of a broader M&A programme
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Coordinate finance integration activities across areas such as:
    • Financial reporting
    • GL, AP/AR, P2P, O2C
    • Controls, governance, and compliance
  • Manage senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, Operations, and external partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for finance-related integration activities
  • Ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality, escalating risks and issues as required
  • Support data migration, system alignment, and process harmonisation initiatives
  • Work closely with SAP Finance teams where applicable to ensure successful integration
  • Provide clear, concise reporting to programme leadership and steering committees

Senior Project Manager - M&A Finance Integration

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a client organisation on a 6-month contract to lead Finance workstreams within a wider M&A integration programme. The role will focus on planning and delivering finance integration projects post-acquisition, ensuring alignment across systems, processes, and stakeholders.
This role requires a confident, delivery-focused PM with proven M&A integration experience, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and ideally hands-on exposure to SAP Finance programmes.
