Senior Project Manager - London/Hybrid - Live SC Clearance, Business Change, Technology Delivery

Job Description:

We are looking for a well-rounded Senior Project Manager with a proven background delivering both technology and business change projects and programmes.

You will be responsible for leading complex change initiatives from business case through to successful delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality.

You will provide leadership across multi-disciplinary delivery teams, manage project governance, oversee risks and dependencies, and ensure benefits are realised throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Skills:

• Must hold current and active SC Clearance
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology and business change projects and programmes
• Strong background developing business cases and taking projects through governance and approval processes
• Excellent project planning, delivery management and project controls experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technical leaders
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams in complex environments
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and budget management experience
• Proven ability to deliver projects within time, cost and quality constraints
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies, with a solid understanding of Scrum and software development lifecycles
• Experience converting product roadmaps into structured project work packages and delivery plans
• Understanding of business architecture and operating model design and implementation
• Experience defining scalable operational processes that reduce operational risk
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in fast-paced, changing environments

Desirable Skills:

• Experience working within Banking or Financial Services environments
• PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, APMP or equivalent Project Management qualification
