Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead the final stages of a large-scale ITSM transformation programme that is approximately 70% complete. This role involves managing cutover planning, go-live, and implementation while coordinating with a third-party implementation partner. The successful candidate will assess the current programme, identify risks, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams. This position is a 6-month contract based in Stratford, requiring 2 days of on-site work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the final stages of an enterprise ITSM transformation
- Drive cutover planning, go-live and implementation readiness
- Manage risks, dependencies and programme governance
- Coordinate technical and business change activities
- Oversee UAT and ensure successful delivery
- Manage multiple internal and third-party stakeholders
Key Skills:
- Proven Senior Project Management experience delivering enterprise technology transformations
- ITSM implementation or ServiceNow/Jira Service Management migration experience
- Strong cutover and go-live planning expertise
- Experience joining projects already in flight and bringing them through to completion
- Excellent third-party supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in mid size enterprise organisations (not public sector)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale ITSM transformation programme that's approximately 70% complete. You'll take ownership of the project through its final delivery stages, leading cutover planning, go-live and successful implementation.
Working alongside a third-party implementation partner, you'll quickly assess the current programme, identify risks and dependencies, and drive delivery across multiple workstreams.
