A Project Manager is required to work on an IT Customer Warranty Returns Programme. You will have extensive IT project management experience, ideally gained within a Retail/Supply Chain/Logistics/Manufacturing environment with good knowledge of product management, E-commerce/Digital/web B2C IT systems and Agile. You will have excellent stakeholder, 3rd party supplier management, communication skills. Any experience of Customer/Warranty returns and/or ERP systems advantageous though not essential. The role will involve liaising with the business, stakeholders, 3rd parties, understanding the product management, dealing with the project planning, governance, risks, issues, budgets, liaising with the technical teams through the full life cycle to delivery. Must be able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. The role will require 2 days a week on site.
