Summary: The Senior Project Manager role focuses on leading large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance sector, specifically involving Policy Admin Systems (PAS). The position requires extensive experience in managing such projects and understanding the implications on digital products and APIs. The role is primarily remote with occasional presence in London and is classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale migration programmes within the Insurance domain.
- Manage and oversee the migration from one system to another within General Insurance.
- Utilize knowledge of Policy Admin Systems (PAS) such as Guidewire, Duck Creek, and Acturis.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies in project management.
- Assess the impact of migrations on digital products, apps, websites, and APIs.
- Leverage general data knowledge and tools like Snowflake and Peoplesoft.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in large-scale migration programmes.
- Familiarity with Policy Admin Systems (PAS).
- Experience in migrating systems within General Insurance.
- General data knowledge and experience with relevant tools.
- Understanding of digital product impacts from migrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce/MS Dynamics (nice to have).
- Immediate availability (nice to have).
