Summary: We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of significant eCommerce and digital transformation projects within a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) context. The role involves managing large-scale projects, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring effective stakeholder engagement. This position requires a strong background in retail environments and experience with Agile methodologies. The contract is for 6 months and is based in Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of eCommerce and digital transformation projects from initiation through to execution
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver seamless digital customer experiences
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
- Drive Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes
- Oversee third-party vendors and partners where required
- Ensure strong governance, reporting, and delivery discipline across all projects
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering eCommerce or digital projects within retail environments
- Strong understanding of online platforms, customer journeys, and omnichannel retail
- Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid delivery environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
