Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and train site teams to achieve exceptional performance and effective project delivery.
- Develop accurate project programmes, cost forecasts, and working methods while mitigating risks to maintain progress seamlessly.
- Foster strong collaboration with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
- Review contractual agreements and actively manage the commercial position of projects, ensuring alignment with the budget and schedule.
- Oversee site safety, quality, and environmental standards, with a strong focus on ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to ITPs, RAMS, and safe systems of work.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of construction techniques, engineering principles, and construction contract law.
Key Skills:
- A degree or HND in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Proven experience and success in project management within the construction or water sector.
- A valid CSCS card and formal training in Health, Safety, and Environmental management.
- Technical acumen, with the ability to address inconsistencies and manage risks decisively.
