  • Strong leadership, team coordination, and client-facing skills.
  • Knowledge of NEC/IChemE contracts, CDM, and construction health & safety.
  • Experienced in risk management, project delivery, and governance reviews.

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a well-established infrastructure company in a long-term contract role, outside IR35. You will be required to work full time on-site in Southampton. This is a great opportunity to work on an exciting water treatment project.

-Day rate ranging from £450 to £600 (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead safe, high-quality project delivery in line with company procedures, from planning through to completion.
  • Manage teams, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure effective execution and client satisfaction.
  • Oversee commercial and technical performance, while ensuring compliance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Project management experience in multi-disciplinary design and construction, ideally in water.
  • Degree in engineering, construction, or related field + PMQ or equivalent.

Desirable:

  • Background in water and wastewater treatment project delivery.
