Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and digital transformation programs within large enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing global teams and driving large-scale technology implementations, particularly in banking and regulated industries. This role requires strong governance, financial management, and strategic initiative leadership skills. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project delivery and stakeholder communications across various functions and locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, IAM, and technology transformation programs.
  • Manage project planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, governance, and stakeholder communications.
  • Coordinate global teams of up to 30+ resources across multiple locations and functions.
  • Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Lead system implementations, platform upgrades, cloud migrations, application transformations, and data migration initiatives.
  • Work closely with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operational stakeholders.
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPI reporting, controls monitoring, and executive-level status reporting.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, process mapping, TOM design, and solution validation activities.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party suppliers.
  • Support change management, training, adoption, and organizational transformation initiatives.
