Summary: The Senior Project Manager role involves managing secure IT projects for a managed service provider, requiring active SC clearance and expertise in Agile Systems Development. The position demands experience in coaching at a Portfolio level and guiding Agile Delivery Teams within a complex business environment. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week on-site in London and/or Preston. The contract is for six months and classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and influence Agile Delivery Teams, their Manager, and Middle Management.
• Suggest and communicate various Agile strategies in a complex business environment.
• Instruct the customer on appropriate metrics for decision making and progress tracking.
• Advise on metrics and light configuration using Jira.
• Demonstrate experience at an enterprise level.
• Lead the restructuring of an organization.
• Possess an Agile accreditation (ideally).
• Work on-site in Preston and London weekly, with potential travel based on customer needs.
• Spend time on-site at other locations as required by the customer.
• Initially spend two days on-site each week.

Key Skills:

• Active SC clearance.
• Experience in Agile Systems Development.
• Coaching experience at a Portfolio level (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Fluency in Jira.
• Enterprise-level project management experience.
