Summary: Join Salix as a Senior Programme Manager, where you will oversee multiple Programme Delivery Teams and manage high-value carbon reduction projects worth up to £150m. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery of multiple decarbonisation programs, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Provide regular performance updates to the Executive Team and funders, highlighting strategic risks.
  • Drive the development and launch of new funding schemes in collaboration with internal departments.
  • Manage project completions, establish effective systems, and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government departments and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate PR activities, represent Salix at events, and promote energy efficiency leadership.
  • Manage and motivate a team, fostering skill development and ensuring mental well-being.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you'll lead multiple schemes, ensuring they deliver on schedule and achieve the desired carbon savings. Collaborate with key stakeholders like DESNZ, DfE, and DoH, influencing government policy and future scheme design.
