Key Responsibilities:
- Leading IT project delivery for branch refurbishments and new openings
- Managing the rollout of a new in-venue self-service retail concept across multiple European territories
- Defining and managing detailed project plans covering all IT deliverables
- Coordinating third-party suppliers delivering hardware and software
- Working closely with architecture, operations, and in-venue technology teams to ensure alignment
- Supporting the delivery of market-specific fiscal and compliance requirements for new territories
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology programmes
- Strong retail sector experience (essential)
- Experience delivering technology into physical retail or customer-facing environments
- Experience managing multi-site rollouts, refurbishments, or estate-wide deployments
- Strong stakeholder management across technology, operations, and suppliers

They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead IT delivery across multiple refurbishment and retail transformation initiatives. This role requires someone with a strong retail background, ideally with experience delivering technology within physical retail environments, such as self-service, customer journey improvements, or store technology rollouts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading IT project delivery for branch refurbishments and new openings
- Managing the rollout of a new in-venue self-service retail concept across multiple European territories
- Defining and managing detailed project plans covering all IT deliverables
- Coordinating third-party suppliers delivering hardware and software
