Summary: The Senior Project Manager role involves leading digital marketing and transformation projects for customers and system integration partners, with a focus on Marketing and Commerce Solutions. The position requires managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closing, while ensuring quality standards and customer satisfaction. The role is based in London with a hybrid working arrangement of three days on-site and two days remote. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills and experience in digital marketing implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams in scoping activities to identify, gather and analyze requirements, define key business drivers and define an effective and innovative solution.
- Management of end-to-end project life cycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and execution (including risks management, budget, timeline and others) and related reporting.
- Management of project resourcing and commercials including forecasting, time management and invoicing.
- Project communication to client and/or partner and internally.
- Accountable for ensuring projects are delivered to quality standards.
- Customer focus and results driven - help customer to succeed in their digital transformation journey by providing mentorship, industry leading practices and advice on Marketing and Commerce Solutions.
Key Skills:
- Strong foundational project management skills delivering digital marketing implementation projects for a software vendor (or mixed vendor / customer background).
- Demonstrated project management experience with experience in Digital Marketing & Automation, Campaign or Content Management solutions.
- Ideally experience in implementing Adobe solutions (e.g. AEM, AEP, Campaign, Commerce).
- Ability to handle large single projects or multiple concurrent smaller projects.
- Outstanding at problem-solving, with expertise in risk management, prioritization, and delivering presentations up to the Executive level within an organization.
- Experience in delivering projects using an agile methodology, e.g. SCRUM.
- A professional project management qualification & business consulting background.
- Ability to work with virtual internal teams across geographies and time zones & full fluency in English. Other European languages is a plus.

Working at multiple levels with the customer, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, confirm requirements, manage scope, and work on team staffing.
You will coordinate and lead all aspects of project delivery from initiation through planning, delivering, monitoring to closing.
