Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead a high-profile transformation project within a complex organization, focusing on the implementation of new IT systems and processes. This role requires strong coordination across various teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT-enabled business change projects, particularly in the public sector or similar environments. Immediate start is required for this hybrid position based in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of major projects including case management systems, automated credit checks, and social media screening tools.
- Act as the central point of coordination across IT, PMO, business change, and consultancy partners.
- Manage governance, RAID, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Build capability within teams while engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
Key Skills:
- Strong track record delivering IT-enabled business change projects.
- Skilled in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at director level.
- Experience in public sector, policing, or complex organisations desirable.
- Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP) advantageous.

Candidate Profile
Strong track record delivering IT-enabled business change projects. Skilled in governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at director level. Experience in public sector, policing, or complex organisations desirable. Project management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP) advantageous.
