Senior Project Manager

Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a prestigious super-prime residential fit-out project in Kensington, London, valued at over £500 million. This role requires managing day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring the project meets the highest standards of quality and luxury. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full project delivery of a high-end residential fit-out from pre-construction to handover
• Manage site operations, programme delivery, quality control, and health & safety compliance
• Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and specialist trades to ensure flawless execution
• Drive progress, monitor budgets, and mitigate risks to maintain timelines and cost control
• Champion a culture of excellence, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders and ensure smooth communication at all levels

• Proven experience delivering super-prime or high-end residential projects
• Strong background in fit-out, with a deep understanding of finishes, detail, and luxury standards
