Summary: The Senior Project Manager role involves leading and managing significant building projects for a global pharmaceutical client in Limerick, Ireland. The position requires overseeing the project lifecycle from design to operational handover while ensuring effective stakeholder management and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage relevant building (Manufacturing / Warehouse / CUB)
• Acting as the client representative
• Working with main contractor – Oversee and provide technical input to final design, through construction to operational handover
• Provide strong stakeholder management
• Complete all necessary reports
• Organise and manage kick-off and daily progress meetings
• Perform vendor reviews

Key Skills:

• Strong Biologics Capex Project Management experience
• Experience working client side
• Experience delivering similar scale (€100 mil - €300 mil) projects through full project lifecycle from BOD to Handover
• Experience managing senior stakeholders
• Experience managing vendors
• Experience managing and organising daily and weekly kick-off meetings
