  • Managing communications with all stakeholders.
  • Reporting the progress at regular intervals and generating ad hoc reports as required.
  • Creating overall plans for the delivery of the projects.
  • Managing decisions, supported by well-constructed options analysis and relevant data.

Key Skills:

  • Degree or equivalent experience.

We are looking for a Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering impactful results through expertise in IT systems and Telco networks. This position is crucial for managing the end-to-end delivery of Technology & Innovation projects and initiatives aligned with divisional and company objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of the technology landscape, along with curiosity and insight to develop realistic, achievable plans and a thorough grasp of project risks, issues, and dependencies. You will be expected to bring leadership, structure, and discipline, delivering business value at a suitable pace—even in unstructured environments—by maintaining focus on the right tasks and driving execution. Strong skills in managing multiple priorities and communicating effectively with stakeholders, including the Executive Leadership Team, are essential. Influencing and negotiation abilities are also important for securing agreement on delivery plans amid limited resources and competing priorities. Beyond core project management responsibilities, the role includes identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working, fostering collaboration within the team, and potentially coaching or mentoring other team members.
