Senior Project Manager

Rezcomm is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of complex, client-facing SaaS implementation and integration projects for leading international airports and enterprise clients.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity requiring exceptional stakeholder management skills, strong technical project delivery experience and the ability to take ownership of projects from initiation through to successful implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex software implementation and integration projects.
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal technical teams and third-party suppliers.
• Manage client expectations, scope changes and delivery commitments.
• Provide clear project reporting and governance.
• Support and mentor existing Project Managers to strengthen delivery consistency.

Essential experience

• Proven senior project management experience within SaaS, software or digital technology businesses.
• Strong track record of delivering complex client-facing implementations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound technical understanding of software integrations.
• Experience managing multiple project stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver results within defined timescales.
• Experience within aviation, airports, travel technology or E-commerce would be advantageous.
