Summary: The role of Senior Project Manager involves joining a higher education client's Strategic Change Service to support the delivery of significant change initiatives. The position requires working on-site in Edinburgh for 2-3 days a week over an initial 4-month contract. Candidates must possess extensive experience in project management within large organizations, particularly in the higher education sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of strategic change initiatives within the Corporate Services Group.
- Manage and oversee project management processes and techniques.
- Facilitate the implementation of lasting service improvements and coordination.
- Gather, analyze, and present information, including writing reports and delivering presentations.
- Empower and motivate staff while managing individuals and team building.
- Analyze and solve complex problems with consideration of long-term implications.
- Plan and organize program activities effectively.
