Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and adapt engineering governance frameworks to support a creative, experimental environment
- Facilitate communication between engineering teams and stakeholders
- Bring structure and clarity to innovative engineering processes
- Connect the Midlands hub with the London technology team
- Support a fail-fast, experimental culture while maintaining appropriate controls

- Experience adapting project governance and processes for fast-moving technical teams
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Leading Logistics Client now requires a Senior Project Manager to join a cutting-edge robotics and AI team. This role provides governance, structure, and clarity in a fast-moving engineering environment—enabling innovation while ensuring projects stay on track.
