Role & Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end project management of the digital transformation initiative.Oversee the configuration and implementation of the new lending platform working with 3rd party platform providerManage the integration of digital automation processes to streamline operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure project alignment and success.Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders and senior management.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the wider project team.Core Skills & KnowledgeCertifications in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation projects.Proven experience in the finance industry, particularly in commercial lending.Strong understanding of lending platforms and digital automation technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.The role will be for an initial 6 month contract. Inside and Outside IR35 considered.
