Summary: The Senior Project Manager role in Bristol involves leading critical engineering and technology projects from concept to market, ensuring high-quality and sustainable product delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project deliverables in alignment with the stage-gate development process, ensuring efficient milestone achievement
- Track and report project progress, costs, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders with clear and accurate communication
- Ensure timely delivery of high-margin, high-quality, robust, and sustainable products that meet or exceed customer and business expectations
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations teams to facilitate smooth product launches and transitions to routine shipping
- Partner with engineering teams to align on project goals and maintain momentum
- Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process improvement, potentially leading the development of new tools and processes
- Mentor and guide less experienced project managers, serving as a role model within the team
