  • Chair Governance Forums: Lead programme and governance meetings, providing clear status updates, valuable insights, and decision-making support.
  • Drive PMO Disciplines: Champion strong Programme Management and PMO practices, focusing on RAID management, reporting, and controls.
  • Identify Risks Early: Be proactive in identifying delivery risks and interdependencies, resolving potential issues before they impact outcomes.
