Senior Project Manager, site based to deliver a project for a main contractor in South Yorkshire, £18M steel frame, New Build extension to an existing factory unit, along with refurbishment of existing space. The fit out will include full automation along with offices for a food manufacturing facility. The role is due to start mid / end January 2026 with the project duration of circa 50 week. The client has engaged a design team, but input for the Main Contractor will be required from January, with a start on site at some point in February 2026. The requirement is for an experienced Senior Project Manager, capable of leading a team, dealing with design gaps, client facing, programming via MS Project, leading progress meetings, producing project reports etc. MUST HAVE Previous experience leading either new build industrial, factory, data centre or leisure projects.
