Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee new build housing projects within the Capital Delivery Team, ensuring contracts are managed effectively to achieve value for money and high-quality standards. This role involves forecasting budgets and managing a team, including surveyors and contract administrators, to deliver projects on time and within budget. The position requires close collaboration with the programme manager to lead and motivate the team.
