Summary: The Senior Project Manager will lead a significant ERP/CAFM migrations programme, overseeing the end-to-end process from detailed design to hyper-care. This role involves managing an internal team, an implementation partner, and engaging with a diverse group of senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT project delivery, particularly in ERP or CAFM implementations. This position is hybrid, based in London, and offers a competitive day rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own a workstream end-to-end, from detailed design through to hyper-care.
- Manage the internal team and implementation partner.
- Engage with a wide senior stakeholder group.
- Oversee ERP/CAFM migrations programme covering major platforms.
Key Skills:
- 10+ years' end-to-end IT project/programme delivery experience.
- Proven full ERP or CAFM implementation or migration experience at multi-million-pound scale.
- PRINCE2 certified (Practitioner preferred); Agile/Scrum and ITIL a plus.
- Hands-on technical fluency with Azure DevOps, MS Project, and equivalent tooling.
- Experience managing an implementation partner/SI through complex delivery.
- Visible career progression and clean contracting pattern.
- UK-based with full right to work in the UK.
Salary (Rate): £800 daily

Role: Senior Project Manager - ERP/CAFM Migrations
Day Rate: £700 - £800 per day, outside IR35
Location: London (Hybrid)
The Role (Contract)
Our client is running a large ERP/CAFM migrations programme covering major ERP platforms (eg D365, IFS, SAGE) and CAFM platforms (eg Concept Evolution, Maximo, Agility).
They require a Senior Project Manager who could own a workstream end-to-end, detailed design through to hyper-care, managing the internal team, the implementation partner and a wide senior stakeholder group.
Requirements
- 10+ years' end-to-end IT project/programme delivery experience.
- Proven full ERP or CAFM implementation or migration owned end-to-end at multi-million-pound scale - D365, SAP, IFS, Agility, Concept Evolution, Maximo or equivalent. Direct experience of data migration between platforms is highly valued.
- PRINCE2 certified (Practitioner preferred). Agile/Scrum and ITIL a plus.
- Hands-on technical fluency - Azure DevOps, MS Project, LifeCycle Services, FastTrack or equivalent tooling.
- Working closely with developers, integration architects and business analysts.
- Experience managing an implementation partner/SI through a complex delivery.
- Visible career progression, long engagements or a clean contracting pattern, not job-hopping.
- UK-based, full right to work in the UK, able to attend the London office on a hybrid basis.
