Summary: The Senior Project Manager (Digital Transformation) role is a temporary position focused on delivering large-scale digital transformation projects within a central Portfolio function. The successful candidate will manage project timelines, costs, and quality while utilizing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager in our central Portfolio function, who will be responsible for delivery to time, cost and quality of large, strategic digital transformation projects. This includes all aspects of project management in a multi-project environment.

About you
The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager working within the digital transformation space and who has relevant PM qualifications (APM/Prince or equivalent practical experience) and can demonstrate significant experience of working on technology enabled change with experience of both Agile and Waterfall delivery. The ability to demonstrate practical exposure to major ERP applications, such as D365/Workday/SAP/Oracle for example, would be highly desirable along with a good understanding of cross platform integrations. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills to manage teams, stakeholders, and project lifecycles effectively, with integrity and consideration. With a proven mix of project management and people skills, the successful candidate will have strong planning and organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help identify and resolve project risks and issues.
