Summary: Synechron is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic and tactical change initiatives within a Cybersecurity Operations team for a prominent financial organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, key control owners, and stakeholders to define clear business outcomes and requirements.
  • Attend governance forums and provide program insight to senior management.
  • Capture actions and work with relevant teams/stakeholders to close them in a timely manner.
  • Develop and support business case submissions.
  • Proactively monitor the program’s progress and communicate to all stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues and initiate corrective action as required.
  • Ensure effective quality assurance.
  • Articulate and capture risk and dependencies between programs and functions/teams.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience in delivering cloud-based solutions in Cybersecurity.
  • Experience in technology delivery in a complex organization.

Synechron is looking for an experienced Project Manager based in or near Sheffield who will be responsible for supporting strategic and tactical change initiatives within a Cybersecurity Operations team of a leading financial organisation. The role covers the Cyber programme’s strategy and objectives, assessing how it will impact the business.

Role:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers, key control owners and stakeholders to define clear business outcomes, requirements and ensure these remain traceable throughout the delivery of the initiative
  • Attend various governance forums and provide programme insight to the senior managegment
  • Capture actions and work with relevant teams/stakeholders to close them in a timely manner
  • Develop and support business case submissions
  • Proactively monitor the programme’s progress and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Resolve issues and initiate corrective action as required
