Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee a significant CRM harmonisation initiative involving the migration of two large-scale platforms from Adobe to SAP and Oracle to Salesforce. This role requires strong coordination between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams within a complex, multi-vendor environment. The position is primarily focused on project management while incorporating elements of business analysis. The successful candidate will drive delivery and manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of the project workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of the identified work packages to time and scope as outlined in the project brief (subject to formal change control).
- Lead the detailed scoping of the work packages including acting as a Business Analyst to scope the requirements for the UK market in detail and ensure alignment across Business of the content including any required Compliance topic reviews.
- Responsible for defining the UK work package content, structure, timeline, interdependencies and IT requirements. Organizing and managing effectively so that the work packages can be successfully delivered. Working closely with the CRM ONE Project Manager.
- Escalation point for all issues/risks and decision making in the day-to-day development and delivery of the specified work packages.
- Through motivating and guiding secure input into the project from all stakeholders as well as understanding their requirements so that an optimal project plan can be developed.
- Inspire and motivate stakeholders and teams to develop and accept solutions that support and meet the UK business requirements this includes the Munich project team, UK/IE business process owners, UK/IE employees, Channel owners, Retailers and Customers.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering large-scale technology or CRM migration programmes.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, ideally with exposure to Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge business and IT, translating requirements and ensuring alignment across teams.
- Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning, ceremonies, and iterative delivery.
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- Strong organisational and planning capabilities, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time.

The role
We are currently looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to work with one of our key clients to undertaking a major CRM harmonisation initiative involving two large-scale platform migrations. The programme includes transitioning one CRM system from Adobe to SAP and another from Oracle to Salesforce. This work sits within a complex, multi-vendor environment and requires strong coordination between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in driving delivery, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful execution of CRM and data migration workstreams. The role has elements of both Project Management and Business Analysis, though it is primarily PM-focused.
