Summary: The Senior Project Manager (CRM) role involves overseeing a critical programme nearing completion, focusing on risk management and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Rapidly develop a high level understanding of the programme to add value to the core delivery team, with a strong focus on identifying, managing, and mitigating key project risks.
- Build effective working relationships with steering group and senior stakeholders to proactively surface and resolve concerns.
- Provide clear, concise assurance to the Project Board on delivery status, decisions, and risk impacts, enabling timely and informed action.
- Prepare and deliver Steering Group and Project Board reports that provide clarity, assurance, and oversight of progress.

Currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to support a Programme in the final stages of build, development and is due to be completed in early May 2026.
The project is approx. 62% complete. Functional testing by the business is underway, with phases of E2E testing, cut over & business continuity planning and testing and end user training due to take place in summer. With a Go Live date scheduled for mid-October 2026. Following the launch there will be a period of hyper care and then a roadmap of development for delivery.
Key deliverables for role

- Working alongside the suppliers, the Senior Project Manager prepares and delivers Steering Group and Project Board reports that provide the right level of clarity, assurance and oversight of progress.

Skilled in critically evaluating supplier technical solutions to ensure they align with organisational goals. Applies comprehensive knowledge of regulations (e.g., GDPR, data security standards) to guarantee compliance and audit readiness throughout system implementations.
- Expertise in managing third-party vendors, including negotiating service-level agreements (SLAs), monitoring performance, and ensuring contractual compliance. Builds collaborative relationships while maintaining accountability, ensuring that supplier contributions support project objectives and timelines.
