Senior Project Manager- CRM Dynamics-Higher Education

Summary: The Senior Project Manager will oversee CRM Dynamics projects within the higher education sector, focusing on supplier management and the delivery of software backlogs. This role requires extensive experience in managing multiple workstreams, including UAT, functional requirements, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in complex project management and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The position offers hybrid working arrangements with one day per week on-site in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM Dynamics projects within a higher education or public sector environment.
• Oversee multiple workstreams including UAT, functional requirements delivery, implementation planning, and stakeholder management.
• Utilize Jira for project documentation and reporting.
• Engage with large suppliers and manage complex tripartite arrangements.
• Provide technical delivery oversight and ensure effective supplier management.
• Adapt to and manage in-flight CRM Dynamics projects across various workstreams.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Key Skills:

• Experience managing CRM Dynamics projects in higher education or public sector.
• Proven ability to manage complex CRM projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
