We re looking for a highly organised and dynamic Senior Project Manager Creative Production & Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an end-to-end creative project manager. You will be supporting the delivery of successful campaigns and production across static, video, digital media, print, packaging, and artwork. You will be someone who can recommend and implement new processes while we evolve from a regionally decentralised model to a globally aligned and coordinated way of working. Success in this role involves taking responsibility for planning production timelines, locking down briefs, and establishing a solid approval process. Global Studio Production Management: Process improvement and implementation will be a pivotal part of this role. You will lead and align production across multiple channels, map out successful critical paths for global delivery, produce solid briefs, and build out a fully functional planner/calendar that is in line with marketing activations, allowing projects to be delivered on time and within budget. Project Brief Alignment and Management: Hold weekly and ad hoc meetings to work with key stakeholder customers from global marketing, innovation & EComm, local country teams, and cross-functional departments (ad hoc HR, Legal, and Customer) to align on briefs and confirm whether and when they can be managed within the global studio workflow. Work with stakeholders to clarify the scope of briefs and requirements as necessary to support the accuracy of work planning and network management. Own the Traffic and Resource Capacity Plan of the Global Studio: Ensure stakeholders are clear on capacity, workflow prioritisation aligned to the plan, key timings, and delivery. Use this overview to plan and highlight capacity constraints and contingency planning needed. Agree on flex resource to support the team from our global design team network in the local markets, gaining approval for budgets to book freelance resources to support capacity peaks. Align on adjustments to priorities as needed to support production on time and within budget. Project Delegation: Efficiently assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring the best use of each team member s strengths, utilising skills from design, video, photography/retouching, internal production, as well as external freelance resources to ensure successful project completion. Agile Sprint Management: Able to manage the production lifecycle of a website re-platform and redesign, working in 2-week sprints for the copy, photography, and design team development programme. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines. Guarantee that deadlines are met and projects are delivered on schedule without compromising quality. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a crucial point of contact for different stakeholders within the business, including Global Marketing, NPD/Innovation, Internal Comms, Ecommerce, Digital & Video. Ensure all project requirements are understood and stakeholders expectations are met. Interdepartmental Communication: Effective communication and collaboration between global teams and other departments, enhancing overall project cohesion and efficiency. Industry Awareness: Keep updated with industry trends and best practices in project management to continually elevate the quality of our output and drive the conversation on what planning tool is needed for the business to succeed.RequirementsWhat We're Looking For Solid production and creative studio management experience from a marketing industry with a creative studio production background, ideally 8+ years experience, from a diversity of in-house and agency models. Experience in managing project workflows and planning using Smartsheet, Monday, JIRA, or Asana. Proven experience in managing global projects with a passion for finding the source information. Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A background in production and process improvement/implementation. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and build positive relationships across departments.
