Randstad are recruiting for a Senior Project Manager (Construction) to oversee a large scale Water Treatment Projects across North London.
This is a SITE BASED role (5 days a week on site in North London).
This is a freelance role with approximately 12-18 months duration.
Payment type is Outside IR35 (subject to candidate IR35 Assessment)
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH TIER 1 CONSTRUCTION / WATER / HEAVY CIVILS EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED (ENGINEERING DEGREE / HNC REQUIRED)
Previous experience working on Thames Water projects highly advantageous.
Our client is a reputable main contractor highly regarded within the water industry with significant work in the pipeline.
Scope of works includes: Heavy Civils / RC / Drainage / Interface with other disciplines /Microtunnelling
The role:
As a key leader within our Delivery team, you'll report directly to the Head of Operations and work closely with our Contracts Manager for Water.
You'll be responsible for the overall success of the Water/Wastewater Portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
