Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of project delivery across planning, implementation, and close-out
- Ensure compliance with BMS, CDM, and H&S standards throughout project lifecycle
- Develop and oversee Project Execution Plans, method statements, and resourcing
- Build and maintain strong client, partner, and supply chain relationships
- Ensure commercial controls are in place, including forecasting and cost management
- Lead and support multi-disciplinary teams across design and construction phases
- Present progress and governance reviews at senior level
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned processes
Key Skills:
- Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or water projects
- Degree in construction, engineering, or commercial discipline
- APM PMQ or equivalent project management qualification
- Strong understanding of NEC (and/or IChemE) contracts
- Excellent stakeholder and team leadership skills
- Commercially astute with strong planning and delivery track record
- Solid understanding of CDM and site health & safety requirements
- Chartered status with relevant institution (ICE, CIOB, etc.) - desirable
- NEC Project Manager Accreditation - desirable
- Experience on water/wastewater treatment schemes - desirable
