Senior Project Manager - AI Programme

We are looking for experienced Senior Project Managers to lead key workstreams within a major AI programme.
You will be responsible for delivering workstream outcomes within a wider programme structure, providing strong delivery leadership across complex and high-risk initiatives. The role requires someone comfortable operating in environments with significant ambiguity, dependencies, risk and senior stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities
- Experience working within Financial Services, regulatory bodies or similarly complex regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of the financial services and/or regulatory sector.
- Proven delivery leadership across complex, high-risk and ambiguous projects.
- Strong senior/executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing complex project/programme risks and dependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience providing reporting and assurance to senior governance forums.
- Strong people leadership, coaching and team development skills.
- Deep knowledge of project delivery methodologies and governance.
- Commercial and financial management experience, including budgets and forecasting.
- Strong organisational awareness with the ability to deliver through influence.
Desirable Experience
- Experience managing the implementation of Agentic AI, covering both technology delivery and associated business change.
- Experience managing technical delivery and change within an HR function.
