The Role Reporting into the Head of Innovation Programme Management, you’ll be a key player in delivering complex innovation and NPD projects across global markets. From early-stage idea generation to commercial launch, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to ensure delivery is timely, on-brief and commercially viable. You’ll work across disruptive innovations, tech-heavy projects and category-defining concepts, navigating ambiguity, driving pace, and aligning stakeholders. With a strong grip on both operational execution and strategic priorities, you'll be the connector between central functions, local markets and supply chain teams.
